Independent Living
Choose a residence in our beautiful Garden Atrium building or in one of our exceptional Patio or Garden Villas, which offer outstanding amenities, including modern kitchens, full baths, washer and dryer units and emergency alert systems.
Monthly rent also includes basic cable, twice monthly housekeeping services, planned activities and programs, local transportation and use of all the Garden Atrium amenities.
Assisted Living and Extended Congregate Care
If the time comes you'll need additional assistance after your independent-living years, find the added benefits of 24-hour nursing and supervision congregate care in The Cloisters' Atrium Midrise. The facility is designed to help residents maintain the highest level of independence as possible and supports aging in place. In our assisted living program and congregate care programs, residents' healthcare needs are monitored regularly by our professionally licensed nursing staff. The meal program includes one hot fine-dining meal per day for all Garden Atrium residents. Residents also may participate in programs, the Cloisters' local transportation, and have use of all the Garden Atrium amenities.
