The Patio Villas at The Cloisters offer beautiful one- and two- bedroom patio apartments. Choose from one of the four floor plans designed to suit your active lifestyle.

Each of our villa apartments include brightly lit kitchens with all electric appliances, the convenience of a washer and dryer, individually climate-controlled air conditioning and heating, wall-to-wall carpeting, walk-in closets, window blinds, and ceiling fans.

Each patio villa also has one assigned parking space close outside your front door. No need to worry about housekeeping chores, as bi-monthly housekeeping services are included in your monthly rent. You won't be spending time mowing the yard because outside maintenance is included also. Free basic cable TV, water, sewage, and rubbish removal are also included.
