Assisted Living at The Cloisters

The facility is designed to help residents maintain the highest level of independence as possible. Residents’ healthcare are monitored regularly by our professionally licensed nursing staff.
 
Services available include:

Appointments and transportation: Our staff assists residents in making and keeping medical appointments and complimentary transportation if available three times a week.
 
Bathing, grooming and dressing: Assistance, if needed, is included in residents’ monthly fee.
 
Meals: Meals are served in our the Atrium Midrise’s elegant dining room. Tray service is available for times of illness, but residents are encouraged to take their meals in the dining room. Limited special diets can be accommodated with written orders by residents’ physicians.
 
Recreation: Social and educational programs  are offered daily. Birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated monthly and  holidays are special occasions at The Cloisters. Special events and theme parties are hosted to add fun to daily living.
 
Rehabilitation services: Physical, occupational, and speech therapy along with respiratory services are available on site and provided by Independent licensed therapists.
 
Extended Congregate Care and Hospice Service:This level of care is designed to keep the resident in familiar surroundings at the end of life’s journey. An individual service plan will be developed by you, your family, your physician and our staff.

Residents of the Garden Terrace in the Atrium Midrise have access to all the amenities of the Atrium Midrise, and the security of assisted living with 24-hour supervised nursing care. Additional Extended Congregate Care and hospice programs are available to keep the resident in familiar surroundings at the end of life’s journey. An individual service plan would be developed by the resident, the family and the residents’ physician and/or our staff.
