Application for Residency in The Atrium

A written application is required to apply for residency.  A refundable security deposit is required. A deposit of $250.00 will hold the apartment of your choice for 30 days and is refundable at any time should your plans change. The deposit will be applied towards the refundable security deposit upon the signing of the one-year rental agreement.

A deposit of $250.00 will hold the apartment of your choice for 30 days and is refundable at any time should your plans change. The deposit will be applied towards the refundable security deposit upon signing of the one year rental agreement.

*Small pets require an additional refundable fee of $500.00

*Smokers require an additonal non-refundable fee of $1000.00
