The magnificent Atrium will remind you of the great outdoors as bright sunlight radiates down through the glass ceiling. You'll be enchanted by the sounds of the bubbling fountain and chirping birds in the aviary. The central Atrium comes alive with music performances, plays, dances, and holiday parties. Our atrium facilities are warm and inviting with billiard, woodworking, craft and exercise rooms that bring many hours of enjoyment to our residents. You can relax while viewing the tropical fish in the 2 aquariums. For our residents' convenience, the atrium also has a beauty/barber shop, library and country store. Our full time activities director offers many wonderful planned activities and The Cloisters' bus offers fun outings and transportation to local shopping. Dining in one of our four luxuriously appointed dining rooms is extra special with delicious meals to delight your taste buds.
Each Cloisters' apartment is equipped with a full modern kitchen with all electric appliances, individually controlled central heat and air conditioning, free basic cable T.V., wall-to-wall carpeting and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Housekeeping services and one daily mail are included in your monthly rent for Atrium residents. Best of all there are No Entrance or Endowment Fees at The Cloisters!

The Garden Atrium
at the Cloisters offers one or two bedroom and studio apartments.
Choose from one of five floor plans designed to suit your
needs and lifestyle. Each Atrium apartment is equipped with
a full modern kitchen with all electric appliances, individually
controlled central heat and air conditioning, emergency
medical call system, basic cable, wall-to-wall carpeting
and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Housekeeping
services, regularly scheduled transportation to local pharmasicts,
grocery stores, malls or appointments and banks as well
as one daily meal are included in your monthly rent.
Residents can live independently in the Atrium or they can contract specific assisted living services from our nurses for a small, additional monthly charge. Upon admission to The Cloisters, the nursing staff will work closely with the resident and family members in formulating a unique care plan that suites their needs and maximizes the resident's independence. Independent residents always have the security of knowing that if the need for full-time assistance arises in the future, an assisted care facility is located on the second floor of the Atrium building.
Berkshire Model
Our very popular Berkshire apartment offers spacious living in a one bedroom suite. Choose a Berkshire apartment on floors 3-8 in the Atrium building. These photos of a furnished Berkshire model features the living room area, kitchen, and bedroom.

Our Garden Atrium building houses many amenities and activities
for our residents. Relax in the Atrium among tropical fish,
birds, and rushing fountains. Stroll down main street and
pick up a best seller from our library. Enjoy a game of
pool, participate in seminars, take part in our exercise
class at the swimming pool, or dine in our four beautiful
dining rooms. Enjoy a game of cards with friends in the
Billingsford Pub or watch a new release on the big screen
T.V. in our multipurpose room. |
