Each Garden Villa contains all electric appliances as well as the convenience of a washer and dryer, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpet, walk-in closets, window blinds and ceiling fans. There is no need to worry about housekeeping chores as housekeeping services are included in the monthly rent. Also included is basic cable TV, water, sewer and rubbish removal.
