Independent Living
The Cloisters offers independent living in the Beautiful Garden Atrium, Patio
Villas or Garden Villas. Choose from our penthouse, studio or one
and two bedroom floor plans, all featuring a modern kitchen, full
bath, as well as a washer and dryer, and emergency alert system.
Your monthly rent also includes basic cable, bi-monthly housekeeping
services, planned activities and programs, local transportation
and use of all the Garden Atrium amenities. You will find a beauty/barber
shop, country store, bank, four elegant dining rooms, and pub all
conveniently located in the Garden Atrium. At The Cloisters, every
effort is made to enhance your active lifestyle with comfort, safety,
and security.
Garden Atrium
Many luxurious apartments are located in the Garden Atrium. Choose a one
or two bedroom unit from five different floor plans.
Patio Villas
Beautiful one and two bedroom villas, surrounding the Garden Atrium building. Choose from one of the four spacious floor plans.
Garden Villas
Our spacious new Garden Villas, completed in Spring of 2000, offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms private patios and attached garages in an independent living environment.
Assisted Living
Two different assisted living options are offered to meet your needs. Our caring staff will give you the attention and assistance you need.
Extended Congregate Care (ECC)
Upon admission to The Cloisters, medical information must be provided
by the applicant's doctor by submitting a "Health Assessment for
Assisted Living Facilities" form from the agency for health care.
This health form will help The Cloisters Director of Nursing to
determine the necessary level of care and whether the prospective
resident is suitable for assisted living. The evaluation process
will continue for 30 days after admission to ensure that the resident
is properly cared for.
Respite Care
Our Respite Care facilities can assist you in your recovery and rehabilitation process or act as relief for family members of a loved one.
