Application for Residency in The Atrium
A written application is required to apply for residency.   A deposit of $250.00 will hold the apartment of your choise for one month and is refundable at any time should your plans change. The deposit will be applied towards the refundable deposit upon the signing of the one-year rental agreement.

*Smokers require an additional non-refundable $1000.00 fee.
